- Minimum rental period is 2 semesters (full 10 months), except for those with ⏳ hourglass symbol, which can be rented for just 1 semester (full 5 months) as well ("1 Semester Only" option for an additional fee of € 50,- per month).
- The monthly rents already include utility costs and energy bills.
- Viewings in Person are not possible because the rooms are rented all the time. You can see them in the 360° Virtual Tour below.
